| Going with Your Gut: Trusting Intuition |

We
are all born with a powerfully intuitive nature, which often seems to
get buried or lost along the way. At points in life where choices may
feel cloudy or overwhelming, a real opportunity lies not in improving
our intuition, but rather in learning to open ourselves to what's
already perfectly present and available within us: our own natural,
internal homing device, or intuition. This workshop is a celebratory
process of the re-discovery of those flashes of knowing, that in the
confusion of our everyday lives, we have trained ourselves to push down
or reason away. Together, we will learn to distinguish an intuitive
flash from general static, experience voicing our intuition in a
playful, supportive environment, and learn the basics of applying our
intuitive guidance to real life. We will invite our intuition forward
through discussion, interactive exercises, simple experiments, and some
of the most unusual homework, or home-play assignments you've had in
your life. |
